GENERAL

  1. The customers will get a notification via WhatsApp / Email one day before the tour starts
  2. We take great care of the privacy of your personal data. Your personal information sent will only be used to process your booking
  3. Should you still wish to travel with us you will be required to complete a disclaimer prior to departure, releasing Smile Nusa Penida and employees from any legal action
  4. The customers shall not carry onto the boat / car any valuables or dangerous goods
  5. The customers shall comply with the instructions of the company’s servants and agents concerning all matters connected with the service and shall comply with any notice exhibited

NOT ROCOMMENDS FOR THE FOLLOWING

  1. We do not recommend tourists who are women pregnant, suffering heart conditions, sufferings hard to breathe , serious back complaints and any serious physical impediments. You can invite children aged 1-3 y.o and parents aged over 60 y.o if in good condition.

TRAVEL INSURANCE & COMPENSATION

  1. To avoid any risk during the tour, it's suggested that participants have their own insurance. We are not responsible if there is a personal accident like lost money, valuables good or luggage
  2. The customer will require compensation for all equipment from us that you use such as snorkeling/diving equipment, if there is damage or loss

RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION

  1. Some days are important for us because we have traditions ceremony on the island, please contact Whatsapp / Email for the availability of your tour date
  2. Fill the reservation form in the section below or contact us via Whatsapp / Email
  3. In order to confirm your booking, we need deposit of 10 - 30% is required to confirm your tour via Paypal / Bank Account / Wise
  4. We do not provide such a voucher system because we only use smartphone devices, all confirmation of your order is only via Whatsapp or Email data

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

  1. We provides options for you to make transactions payment is PayPal and Credit Card transaction (VISA/MasterCard/America Express/Discover Network etc.)
  2. Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the tour of date
  3. No refund will be offered if you cancel less than 1 days before or if don’t show at lobby hotel up on the day
  4. Tours booked may be subject to cancellation for various reasons, such as inclusion weather, operational issues etc. We the right to cancel and offer alternative date or offer a full refund to affected guests
  5. The product's pricing is in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and especially for payments in US Dollars, the value is converted to IDR/Rupiah based on the exchange rate in effect at that time with the end of the tax deduction
  6. Our country has tax rules for some legal/registered companies, and all payment transactions / currency conversions will be tax deducted
