  4. We do not provide such a voucher system, all confirmation of your order is only via Whatsapp or Email data

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION

  1. Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the tour of date
  2. No refund will be offered if you cancel less than 1 days before or if don’t show at lobby hotel up on the day
  3. Tours booked may be subject to cancellation for various reasons, such as inclusion weather, operational issues etc. We the right to cancel and offer alternative date or offer a full refund to affected guests
